To her friends she was Liz, to her family she was Betty and to us she was Mum. Her greatest joy was to cook for those she loved, and her original Cheese Puff recipe has been at the centre of our social occasions for over four decades. We celebrate her now by naming our new bitesize range after her.
Hi, we are Lucy, Paul and Zoe, the proud owners and makers of our Cheese Puffs and Mini Pies. As a family passionate about good food, we have worked tirelessly to perfect these delicious treats, testing new flavours and engaging with our loyal customers at local farmers markets over the years. Together we are excited to share with you our family recipes and hope you enjoy the first of our bitesize creations.
